Procurement Engineer (Saudi National Only)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials and document damages, discrepancies, deliveries, receipts, and releases.
• Maintain inventory records and post transactions in the inventory system.
• Organize and control company store materials, consumables, tools, and valued items.
• Monitor material and tool movements and keep the store neat and organized.
• Dispatch materials and machinery to project sites with supporting documentation.
• Procure materials and negotiate with suppliers, contracts, and service providers.
• Verify received supplies against requisitions and invoices.
• Source local suppliers, accommodations, hotels, and support services in Saudi Arabia.
• Procure, pay, deliver, coordinate, and support local project and site requests.
• Visit sites to audit materials, evaluate controls, and implement procurement procedures.
• Coordinate leftover materials, including reporting, scrapping, transport, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least a high school or college education.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and set priorities.
• Ability to travel or relocate as required.

Compensation

• Pay is 7,000 to 8,000 Saudi riyals per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person, with site visits and possible travel or relocation.
