Role Overview
The Procurement Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role manages sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, delivery coordination, and procurement compliance.
Responsibilities
- Source materials and services, prepare and issue RFQs, and evaluate supplier proposals for technical and commercial compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams to deliver materials on time, within budget, and to project specifications.
- Issue and track purchase orders, maintain procurement documentation, and monitor supplier performance.
- Resolve delivery or quality issues, support cost optimization and vendor development, and follow company policies and relevant standards.
Qualifications
- Supplier evaluation, vendor assessment, purchase order management, order tracking, and procurement documentation skills are required.
