Role Overview
KAM Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Engineer.
The role manages purchasing activities and project-related procurement for company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all purchasing activities related to company projects and operations.
- Handle local and external international purchases in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Contracts Department to ensure alignment between procurement and contractual terms.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with approved budgets and timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in purchasing.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited engineering university.
- Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project purchasing and general purchasing processes.
- Experience in external and international procurement is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
