Role Overview
A Dubai MEP contracting company is seeking a Procurement Engineer for premium commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
The role manages end-to-end procurement for VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping, insulation, copper, and refrigerants.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–4,500 per month plus benefits as per UAE law.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete HVAC project procurement cycle.
- Source, negotiate, and finalize vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate technical and commercial quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
- Coordinate material requirements with estimation, design, project, and site teams.
- Track vendor orders, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
- Handle import documentation, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
- Prepare purchase orders, goods received notes, reports, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure cost optimization, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
