AHI Design is hiring a Business Development Manager for its UAE interior fit-out team. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and securing new fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, F&B, and office fit out sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular business development updates
- Achieve sales targets and support company revenue growth
- Monitor UAE market trends, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit out, joinery, construction, or related sales
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing projects
- UAE client network and UAE driving license preferred
