Role Description
Lead procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management, purchasing operations, cost optimization, and supply reliability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead sourcing, purchasing, tendering, and supplier selection activities.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor procurement costs, KPIs, savings, and performance.
- Identify cost-reduction and value-optimization opportunities.
- Oversee purchase orders, quotations, bids, and tenders.
- Coordinate procurement with finance, operations, and project teams.
- Monitor suppliers, market prices, materials, and industry trends.
- Identify supply risks and develop alternative sourcing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage budgets, spending, forecasts, cost controls, processes, systems, and team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Strong experience in supplier, contract, and tender management.
