Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead procurement operations, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and strategic supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve optimal value.
- Oversee supplier selection, qualification, evaluation, and performance.
- Develop procurement policies and procedures and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier contracts and sourcing agreements.
- Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost reduction and expenditure improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to meet company needs.
- Prepare periodic procurement, expenditure, and supplier performance reports.
- Lead the procurement team, develop employee skills, and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and related procedures.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is required.
- At least four years of procurement experience with leadership and management experience is required.
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, negotiation, supplier management, contract management, and sourcing agreements is required.
- Good knowledge of supply chain and procurement practices is required.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, expenditure management, team leadership, and performance management skills are required.
- Fluency in English is required, while Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office is required.
