Masa Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator cum Procurement Assistant to manage site activities, procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers for construction projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize project documentation
- Assist in procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services
- Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, agreements, and work orders
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for procurement schedules and payments
- Resolve supply, quality, or delivery issues in a timely manner
- Follow up on material deliveries and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Prepare comparison sheets, cost summaries, and procurement reports
- Monitor subcontractor progress, ensure timely completion of assigned works
- Prepare and track correspondence, letters, and submittals
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction projects
- Familiarity with project documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skill in Hindi
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Overview
