Procurement Coordinator

Work with corporate maintenance teams to develop replenishment strategies, including minimum and maximum inventory levels.

Support inventory management strategies for critical equipment and regular maintenance requirements.

Develop risk management strategies to address potential supply shortages, delays, or other disruptions.

Monitor supply requirements to help ensure materials, equipment, and components are available when needed.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company purchasing policies, legal requirements, financial controls, quality standards, and relevant SOPs.

Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, including automation and the elimination of redundancies.

Stay current with procurement best practices and industry trends.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and supply chain activities.

Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support business unit and organizational objectives.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, maintenance, contract management, logistics, or a related field.

Purchasing or Supply Chain certification is considered an asset.

Experience with inventory control procedures and best practices is considered an asset.

Construction industry experience is considered an asset.
