Procurement Business Analyst

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven 5+ years of experience in procurement analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards, management reports, and executive reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.

Familiarity with procurement platforms and data sources such as Sievo, Ivalua, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar systems.

Good understanding of procurement processes, including category management, sourcing, supplier management, spend analytics, contracts, and procurement performance.

Ability to manage both recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytical requests in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from Global Category Managers to Procurement Leadership and CPO level.

Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting and analytical solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills with experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Experience with procurement and business analytics, spend analysis, supplier performance, risk reporting, or procurement transformation initiatives.

Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
