Procurement Associate

ANSCER Robotics is a robotics technology company developing Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for warehouse automation and intralogistics. Our intelligent robotic solutions help businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence through advanced automation.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely procurement.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Coordinate with Production, Stores, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.

Coordinate logistics and shipment tracking for domestic and import purchases.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support continuous process improvements.
