Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily procurement and purchasing activities.
- Identify and communicate with suppliers and vendors about products, services, pricing, and availability.
- Request, collect, compare, and organize supplier quotations.
- Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders and purchasing requests.
- Maintain vendor profiles, supplier records, pricing information, and procurement documentation.
- Track purchase requests, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers about quotations, order status, lead times, and documentation.
