Role Description

Procurement Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medicines and related products.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in vendor evaluation.
• Resolve order discrepancies with internal teams.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and operations.
• Support cost-effective purchasing decisions and uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and hands-on experience with purchasing activities.
• Ability to create, manage, and track purchase orders within procurement or inventory systems.
• Knowledge of procurement principles and practices, including vendor coordination and basic contract terms.
• Clear and professional communication skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support is preferred in healthcare or retail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic ERP or purchasing software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to remote work productivity.
• An associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is beneficial.
