Role Description
This is a full-time remote procurement role supporting sourcing and purchasing activities related to AGHS 2025.
The role supports vendor selection, purchasing documentation, contract administration, delivery coordination, and procurement policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vendor identification and selection.
- Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Support contract administration and procurement policy compliance.
- Coordinate supplier delivery timelines and track orders.
- Resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Contribute to cost-effective purchasing decisions for summit goods and services.
Qualifications
- Skills in purchasing processes, purchasing, and procurement are required.
- Experience with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
