Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Sourcing Executive to work in procurement and supplier sourcing in Birkat Al Awamer, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage vendors and suppliers in Qatar and internationally.
- Request, compare, and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers using vendor pricing.
- Track market trends, pricing changes, and alternative supply sources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier negotiations, pricing, and procurement activities.
Requirements
- At least 0–2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of local and international supplier markets is required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is required.
