Procurement Analyst

Signature Aviation is seeking a highly organized and motivated Procurement Analyst to support the strategic sourcing and contract administration of Ground Support Equipment (GSE), with secondary support for Facilities categories as business needs require.

This role assists with all phases of the procurement lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, RFx events, supplier evaluations, contract development, commercial negotiations, spend analysis, and contract administration through execution.

The Procurement Analyst partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives, prepare business recommendations, manage procurement projects, resolve supplier and contract-related issues, and ensure procurement activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organization, attention to detail, ownership, critical thinking, communication, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
