As a Procurement Administrator, reporting to Procurement Director, Services, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in various administrative tasks related to purchasing goods and services for the organization.

will involve coordinating with suppliers/contractors, maintaining procurement records, assisting in the procurement process, and ensuring timely delivery of materials or services.

• Assist in Procurement Process: Support procurement team members in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating prices to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services (contractors).
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to place orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Purchase Order Management: Generate and manage purchase orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is included and maintained in the internal proprietary system.
