Overview
Pure Water Technology is seeking a Procurement/Admin professional with at least 2 years of experience in procurement and/or administration. The role involves managing the procurement process, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are required
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier coordination
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors when required
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Handle general administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
- Assist with inventory and stock monitoring
- Prepare procurement and administrative reports as required
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
