As a Formulations Processor I, you will play an important role in our manufacturing process by:
Measuring, weighing, blending, and processing raw materials according to established procedures and quality standards.
Monitoring manufacturing equipment and production processes to ensure operations remain safe, efficient, and within specification.
Identifying and responding to process changes, equipment issues, or quality concerns to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
Conducting routine quality checks, collecting samples, and documenting results throughout the production process.
Working closely with team members to support production schedules and ensure materials are available when needed.
Maintaining accurate production records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company requirements.
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all safety policies and procedures.
Supporting other Formulations Processors and manufacturing operations as needed to meet production goals.
Contributing to team success by meeting expectations for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and teamwork.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including working with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
Ability to accurately operate precision weighing equipment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to document production information accurately.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to pass a color vision (Color Hue) assessment required for the role.
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
