Process Worker - ADE Ingleburn

Complete a variety of production and packaging tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, labelling, collating, sorting and stacking.

Work towards daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Operate production equipment safely (and forklifts if appropriately licensed and trained).

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

Support and encourage supported employees and students on the production line.

Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Report hazards, incidents and safety concerns promptly.

Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, production or process work is highly regarded.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

A positive attitude and willingness to support people with disability in the workplace.

A current Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
