You’ll keep a gold processing plant running at its best. That means making sure gold recovery, throughput and resources stay on track. Procedures will guide you, but you’ll still rely on your own judgment and initiative.

You’ll work closely with metallurgical and maintenance teams, making sure safety, performance and technical challenges are handled. You’ll keep a close eye on performance through sampling, analysis, inspections, and log keeping. When equipment doesn’t perform as it should, you’ll spot it, report it, and roll up your sleeves to fix it.

It’s work that’s physically demanding and requires attention to detail. But it’s also work that rewards you with running a plant, solving problems that matter, and playing a direct role in producing something valuable.
