Process Technician

We have multiple opportunities for Process Technicians to join our team, you will work with our manufacturing operations team in our Albury facility providing technical and maintenance expertise to ensure machinery is operating efficiently whilst operating the equipment at the same time, producing our world-class beverages. This includes machine operating, conducting preventative maintenance, break down assistance, coaching and guiding your colleagues maintaining our high safety and quality standards.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong mechanical aptitude acquired through either a trades qualification or a personal hobby/interest. If you are eager to learn , possess the ability to problem-solve independently , and actively prioritise safety , we encourage you to apply.

You will need to be available for a 12-hour shift, rotating roster across day and night shifts. This roster supports work-life balance, allowing for a solid consecutive break within your rotating roster.

Highly regarded applicants may also possess the following:

Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines

Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry

Experience in a diverse role involving operational and maintenance tasks

Troubleshooting skills and the ability to use your initiative to investigate machine issues

A proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
