We are looking for a talented Process Technician to join our growing team.

This opportunity has the responsibility for supporting complex program launches, as well as review current programs and machines for improving production efficiency.

This role is ideal for those with extensive process engineering experience in the injection molding industry.

• Safety first mindset. Ensure all safety features are functioning, such as drop bar and safety switches.
• Maximize uptime on all machine centers with the objective of reducing and eliminating downtime.
• Set molds, startup and troubleshoot injection molding process.
• Document all process parameters on documents to the Master Setup Sheets.
• Ensure all process parameters and mold protection settings meet process specifications.
• Make necessary adjustments to prevent part defects.
• Respond to all Quality and Operator issues regarding parts and processes.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiencies.
• Drive reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions using corrective action and mold maintenance forms.
• Maintain a neat and clean environment at all times.
