Process Tech I - Second Shift

The Process Technician I supports safe and efficient manufacturing by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing molding operations, and supporting production, maintenance, and quality objectives.

Second shift hours are M-FR 3pm - Midnight.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Employee safety takes precedence over all job duties.
• Monitor and adjust cycle times and production processes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support process improvements.
• Conduct process monitoring, sampling, testing, and equipment preparation.
• Support maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
• Monitor product quality and customer specifications.
• Assist with mold changes, trial runs, and process validation.
• Support production during breaks and changing business needs.
• Install and support manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.

Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and adjacent shift coverage as needed.

Must work independently and in a team environment while maintaining a 95% or better attendance record.

Physical Requirements: Frequently lift up to 75 lbs. (occasionally up to 100 lbs.), stand, bend, stoop, grasp, manipulate small parts, and operate hand and power tools.

PPE is required in designated areas.
