If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Process Team Manager. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will play a key part in our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Proven experience leading engineering maintenance teams within an FMCG, brewing, packaging or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of engineering maintenance planning, asset reliability and preventative maintenance best practice.
Knowledge of engineering, quality, health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards within a production environment.
Ability to drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline, or able to demonstrate significant relevant leadership experience.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance quality, safety, cost and performance priorities.
Excellent people leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, developing and empowering teams.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience using SAP CMMS, BI systems and other engineering or maintenance management tools.
Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset, high levels of personal accountability and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
