Role description
The Process Specialist - DC is part of the Finance and Insurance team in Hyderabad.
The role handles and verifies pension application transactions while maintaining retirement plan records for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and process daily work to meet customer service goals.
- Communicate with customers about complex recordkeeping issues, special timing requests, and routine employee data.
- Apply validated problem-solving techniques and follow internal procedures to process contracts accurately.
- Validate plan and contract records and maintain detailed knowledge of the recordkeeping system.
- Develop understanding of plans, contracts, pension documents, and Total Retirement Suite concepts.
- Escalate customer concerns or potential problems to the Client Service Associate or Consultant.
- Promote team development through shared knowledge and collaboration on unusual or difficult situations.
- Adhere to compliance, information security, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete work accurately to meet quality expectations and build partnerships with peers and supported teams.
Qualifications and abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field is required; graduate-level equivalent experience is acceptable.
