Role description
The Process Specialist will handle and verify pension application transactions and maintain retirement plan records.
The position reports to the Associate Manager of Operations and supports finance and insurance services.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and process daily work to meet customer service goals.
- Communicate with customers about recordkeeping issues, timing requests, and employee data.
- Validate plan and contract records and follow internal procedures accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of the recordkeeping system, retirement plans, contracts, and pension documents.
- Resolve unusual or difficult situations collaboratively and share knowledge with team members.
- Ensure compliance with information security, statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Perform special projects and other job-related duties as needed.
Must have
- Graduate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; any stream is acceptable.
- Practical experience with MS Office.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in back-office roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
