Process Server Performance Specialist

As a Process Server Performance Specialist, you'll own the performance of our process server network — identifying underperforming servers, diagnosing why, and driving measurable improvement through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.

This isn't a quality-check or audit role; it's a hands-on performance-management role focused on getting servers back on track and keeping them there.

You'll work daily with performance data, have direct conversations with servers, and partner closely with Recruiting and Leadership to make sure coverage and performance stay aligned.

This position is remote, but you must be located in Oregon.

• Own a portfolio of underperforming process servers, tracking their metrics daily and identifying trends before they become bigger problems
• Reach out proactively to disengaged or underperforming servers to understand blockers and get jobs moving again
• Deliver direct, actionable coaching and feedback — set clear expectations and specific timeframes for improvement
• Hold servers accountable to performance benchmarks, following through consistently when expectations aren't met
• Field questions and resolve day-to-day blockers that are preventing servers from completing jobs on time
• Create a positive, engaging experience for servers even in tough performance conversations
• Track and escalate recurring or systemic blockers to leadership
• Partner with Recruiting when a server's territory needs additional coverage due to performance gaps

• Experience coaching, training, or managing performance (formal performance-management experience a plus)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with direct/difficult conversations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling insight from data and translating it into action
