Assignments will primarily be based in Qatar, KSA, and other GCC countries.

Role Activities
- Work directly with clients on projects spanning process safety and risk management.
- Apply engineering and problem-solving skills to safety and business objectives.
- Work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple assignments and projects.
- Seek leadership and professional growth opportunities.
Core Requirements
- A related BE, BTech, BS, ME, MTech, or MS engineering degree is required.
- Relevant experience in process safety management, engineering design, manufacturing operations, or consulting is required.
- Experience developing, implementing, or managing PSM programs is required.
- Experience developing and auditing PSM management systems is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, leadership, and organizational skills are required.
PSM Delivery
- Develop, write, and implement PSM plans, procedures, design philosophies, design bases, engineering specifications, and operating procedures.
- Advise management at all organizational levels to support operational excellence.
- Develop and deliver technical training, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs.
- Mentor client personnel to support long-term PSM program sustainability.
- Work in brownfield operating environments.
Consulting and Communication
- The ability to develop consulting business through proposals and presentations is required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and client-service skills are required.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, independent, organized, and able to work under direction when needed.
Role-Level Experience
- Senior Consultant roles require 10 to 15 or more years of experience and cross-functional leadership, client management, business development, and project and people-management skills.
- Consultant roles require 5 to 10 or more years of experience and independent management of multiple assignments.
Preferred Technical Expertise
- Experience with PHA, risk assessments, HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, LOPA, Bowtie Analysis, and ALARP Demonstration is preferred.
- Safety Integrity Level assessment and knowledge of IEC 61511 are preferred.
- QRA, consequence modelling, occupied building risk, toxic gas risk, fire and explosion risk, EERA, ESSA, and 3-D F&G mapping are preferred.
- Knowledge of Qatar Energy MAHM Framework or Saudi Aramco Standards and Middle East experience are advantages.
