AcuTech is seeking Process Safety Consultants in Qatar to support growth and challenging projects for major corporations.
Assignments will primarily be based out of Qatar, KSA, and other GCC countries.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with clients on projects spanning process safety and risk management.
- Apply engineering and problem-solving skills to meet safety and business objectives.
- Work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple work assignments and projects.
- Seek leadership and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Consultant track requires 10–15 or more years of experience and cross-functional leadership, client relationship, business development, and project and people management skills.
- Consultant track requires 5–10 or more years of experience, independence, organization, and the ability to work under senior engineers.
- A related engineering degree is required, including chemical, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or safety engineering.
- Relevant experience in PSM, engineering design, manufacturing operations, or consulting is required.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, client-service, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and consultative skills are required.
- Experience developing, implementing, evaluating, or auditing PSM programs and systems is required.
- Experience developing and delivering technical training, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs is required.
- Proven brownfield operating-environment experience is required.
Preferred Technical Experience
- Preferred areas include PHA, risk assessments, Design Review, HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, LOPA, Bowtie Analysis, and ALARP demonstrations.
- Preferred services include SIL assessments based on IEC 61511 and related standards.
- Preferred QRA work includes consequence modeling, occupied building risk, toxic gas, fire and explosion risk, EERA, ESSA, and 3-D F&G mapping.
- Experience with safety-critical equipment identification and performance standards development is preferred.
- QatarEnergy MAHM Framework, Saudi Aramco standards, and Middle East experience are advantages.
