Process Quality Engineer

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle; Purchase Orders, Receipt, Product Serial/Lot Number Traceability in assemblies, etc.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Lead or participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Develop and maintain quality documentation, including process control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Investigate quality issues and nonconformances.

Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality problems.

Work closely with engineering, production, and other departments to integrate quality considerations into all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Implement and utilize quality management software and systems.

Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in quality assurance.

Identify potential quality risks in processes and products.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
