We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer (PQE) to join our rotational program, offering exposure to Operations and Quality, followed by a choice between a Production Planning , or Production Supervisor role for the final rotation.

This immersive program allows you to gain hands-on experience across key functions, ultimately preparing you for a non-rotational role in the company upon completion of three rotations (up to 24 months).

• Operations – Process Engineer
• Drive process improvements and ensure manufacturing methods enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions to optimize performance and reduce waste.
• Manage and document process validations, equipment installation, and manufacturing method improvements.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing variability and improving throughput.

• Work closely with the Quality Department to enhance quality systems and ensure products meet internal and external specifications.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools to resolve customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality-related projects aimed at improving product consistency, reducing defects, and increasing overall product quality.
• Lead or support quality initiatives to improve existing test methods and invest in new testing technology to increase inspection efficiency
• Production Planner or Production Supervisor (Final Rotation)
