Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of sauces and condiments, ensuring that all equipment functions correctly and safely to maintain quality standards.

Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the production process, using analytical tools to assess product consistency and compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any production issues, implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and minimize waste.

Maintain accurate production records and logs, documenting all operational activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge of processes and safety protocols to promote a culture of safety and efficiency.

Participate in regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, working closely with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.

Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in production while also suggesting improvements to enhance productivity.

Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure that all raw materials are available for production, assisting in stock management to avoid production delays.
