Process Operator Resin Production

Proactive in identifying operational issues, contributing practical solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency.

Ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant machinery while maintaining accurate production data and awareness of raw material usage.

Effective team player who communicates clearly across shifts and collaborates with colleagues, supervisors, and engineering teams to maintain smooth operations.

Able to work 12 hour shifts days/nights.
