Process Operator

Involves rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to maintain continuous plant operation.

Cover in a “ON-CALL” rotation

Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.

Stand 50% of the time

Lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs.

Walk for extended periods of time.

Work at heights, climb stairs and ladders.

Work in tight and closed in spaces

Wear all required personal protective equipment, including but not limited to a respirator.

Work in inclement weather

Work in hot, cold, loud environments

This is a full-time position. Employees will begin working four ten-hour days for approximately one month. During this time, they will complete their new employee integration checklist. Once this is complete, they will be assigned to a shift and begin working a 12-hour rotating shift. The shift is called a 4-2-1 schedule.
