Process Operator

Permanent - Full-time position – Narangba, QLD

$44.67 per hour + penalties for overtime

Monday to Friday, 6 am starts

Available to work up to 10-hour shifts

The Oils and Technical Services (OTS) division of Cleanaway services much more than your standard collection of household waste. Our team supports the collection, treatment, processing and recycling of liquid and hazardous waste, including industrial waste, paints and oils

Your new role:

Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles

Decant, clean, repackage, store, and dispose of packaged waste

Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required

Conduct waste sample analysis

General site cleaning

Skills and Experience:

Experience in working in a machine/plant environment preferable

Experience operating machinery in an industrial environment preferable

Forklift, Excavator, Loader or HR Licence – Highly regarded

Experience in waste processing and/or wastewater treatment facilities would be advantageous

Be fit and healthy as this is a physically demanding role

Chemical handling is favourable

Current Car licence

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug test
