We're Hiring: Process Mining & BPM Consultant (ARIS Platform)
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia \| Full-time \| 3–5 years experience
We are expanding our process intelligence practice and looking for a consultant with hands-on experience across the full ARIS Process Intelligence Platform — combining process mining, BPM modeling, and AI readiness to help clients transform their operations.
The Role
Build process mining projects in ARIS: data extraction, dashboards, conformance checks, and root-cause analysis
Design as-is and to-be processes using BPMN 2.0 and EPC in ARIS Process Core
Identify automation and Agentic AI opportunities grounded in real process data
Lead workshops and present findings to business and IT stakeholders
What You Bring
3–5 years in process mining, BPM, or process consulting
Hands-on experience with ARIS (Process Mining and Process Core)
Strong SQL and event-log data skills
Working knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and EPC
Experience extracting data from SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field
Preferred
ARIS Academy certification, Lean Six Sigma, RPA or Agentic AI exposure, Arabic language skills.
Open to candidates from Celonis or Signavio backgrounds willing to cross-train on ARIS.
