Process & Manufacturing Engineering Lead

Project Role

Core Responsibilities

• Lead teams defining processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machines.
• Define production tools, fixtures, product specifications, quality standards, and inspection methods.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, manage teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
• Shape digital transformation solutions for industrial utility and energy management operations.
• Support solution blueprints for OT/IT integration, energy and utility management platforms, and industrial AI.
• Use Digital Twin and simulation initiatives for utility modeling, energy optimization, and carbon footprint reduction.
• Engage senior client stakeholders on utility digitalization and sustainability roadmaps.

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience is stated in the project role description.
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial utility and energy management operations is stated in additional information.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
• Experience across utility monitoring, EMS/BMS integration, SCADA/DCS/PLC, or sustainability and carbon management.
• Knowledge of EMS and BMS implementation and optimization.
• Familiarity with ISO 50001, ISO 14001, GHG Protocol, ISA-95/ISA-88, and IEC 62443.

Technical Skills

• Industrial IoT, edge computing, and utility platforms such as Siemens EnergyIP, ABB Ability, Honeywell Forge, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
• Exposure to Industrial AI/ML for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and carbon emission modeling.

Workplace

• The position is based at the Bengaluru or Pune office.
