Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain business process frameworks, standards, and governance models
- Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimization initiatives
- Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM
- Create process maps, workflows, procedures, and operational documentation
- Establish process performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with business teams to streamline operations and improve process effectiveness
- Conduct process reviews, gap assessments, and root cause analyses
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Prepare process performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP, or equivalent advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in process management, business process improvement, operations management, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing process optimization initiatives or business transformation projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of BPM, workflow design, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with process documentation tools, workflow platforms, and business analytics systems
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
