Process Lead L2

You're a natural fit for Process Lead L2 if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Operations , or a related field. Equivalent manufacturing experience will be considered.

Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production processes and operational excellence principles.

Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement practices.

Proven ability to identify opportunities, analyze data, and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and reliability.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate observations into practical, sustainable process improvements.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence positive change at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency with MS365 applications and experience working with manufacturing systems, reporting tools, or process documentation.
