Fisher Industries is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our Business Transformation team. This position supports operational excellence initiatives across our construction, manufacturing, and materials operations by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and assisting with the implementation of technology solutions that increase efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy.

The Process Improvement Specialist will work closely with field and office personnel to support process optimization, change management initiatives, user training, and technology adoption efforts.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and motivated to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

• Analyze and document current business processes across estimating, project operations, production tracking, job costing, and administrative functions.
• Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop and recommend standardized workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and data quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, process reviews, and workshops to gather requirements and build consensus around proposed improvements.
