We are looking for a Process Excellence Engineer to join our Operations team and play a key role in building and rolling out our Business Operational System.
This is a floor-level, people-first role.
You will spend the majority of your time in our logistics operation - working shoulder-to-shoulder with frontline teams and supervisors to observe how work actually gets done, identify what's getting in the way, and put better systems in place.
If you're the type of engineer who would rather be on the floor than behind a desk, this role is for you.
We are not looking for someone to run reports from an office.
We need someone who can help us build lasting operational capability: management routines, performance standards, problem-solving habits, and a culture where improvement is part of how we work every day.
