Qualifications
- Strong process engineering and process optimization skills.
- Robust analytical skills and process control capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in aerospace, precision manufacturing, or a related engineering industry is beneficial.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes, quality systems, and Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and use engineering software or tools for data analysis and documentation.
