Education and Experience: Required:
Bachelor or advanced degree in an Engineering field – Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical preferred, or other technical discipline with a combination of process design and hands-on microelectronics water and wastewater treatment system experience
10+ years of related experience, preferably process engineering specific, with an emphasis in process design and/or operation of water, wastewater or waste treatment
Demonstrated experience with UPW, wastewater, and reclaim treatment processes and system design/operation for the microelectronics industry
Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership competency to connect people, set and communicate a vision, align and inspire a team towards an objective, train/coach/mentor others, and confidently make effective decisions with limited information under evolving conditions
Preferred:
Professional Engineer’s License

Compensation:
The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $117K - $130K USD.
