- Manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Develop and maintain annual capital plans and oversee capital project execution.
- Establish and maintain process standards, procedures, and specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering leadership.
- A proven track record of leading projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing people.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
- Solid business and financial acumen with a focus on bottom-line impact.
- Approximately 70% of your time on the production floor , staying close to the work and the team.
- Exposure to hot and humid manufacturing conditions —because real leadership shows up where it matters most.
