Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Engineering manager (15–25 years’ experience) to join our growing team.

This role will support the design, procurement, and fabrication of equipment for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, as well as emerging renewable energy projects.

As a Process Engineering manager, you will contribute to all phases of project execution — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to procurement support, fabrication, and field execution.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs.

• Manage group of process engineers and provide management oversight for the deliverables produced by process engineering department.
• Contribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield).
• Prepare process simulations and Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs).
• Size, specify, and prepare datasheets for mechanical/process equipment (vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, utilities, etc.).
• Perform engineering calculations including hydraulics, relief/vent sizing, PSV and control valve sizing, flare, vent, blowdown, and tank venting.
