We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and maintaining production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety across operations. Experience with casting and or machining is required.
Work with cross-functional teams on equipment selection, setup, and validation.
Collaborate with tooling teams on tool design and improvements for manufacturing efficiency.
Monitor process stability and product quality using SPC and other statistical tools.
Support quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
