As a Process Engineer, you’ll be responsible for implementing, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing processes and machinery to achieve organizational targets.
You’ll work hand in hand with Production and Engineering to help improve standards that enable high performing production processes in our facility.
Additional responsibilities include defining equipment standards, leading process benchmarking and reapplication, and building capability within teams to do technical troubleshooting and process improvement and understanding the Nestle Continuous Excellence program and the respective TPM Pillars and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of project/ process management experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
- OR
- Associate’s degree in a technical field
- 5+ years of project/ process management experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment
- The approximate pay range for this position is $82,000 to $107,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
