Role Overview
The Process Engineer will support safe production and daily operational targets at the Latchford aluminium recycling plant.
The role leads productivity improvements while maintaining process stability and quality standards.
Accountabilities
- Provide technical support for fault-finding and process development in scrap pre-treatment, melting, metal treatment, and casting.
- Maintain KPI and statistical reporting for the area of responsibility.
- Apply continuous improvement problem-solving techniques and participate in safety, improvement, and energy GEMBAs.
- Use the site PI System and data analysis to establish process and operating standards.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards and continuously improve process stability.
Qualifications
- Relevant engineering or metallurgy degree and 5+ years of industrial experience are expected.
