Role Overview
This is a field-based role with significant travel to customer sites across the Americas. Combination of on-site, office, and remote work depending on project phase. Do you have a strong foundation in industrial process engineering combined with a passion for digital technologies, software applications, and data analytics?
As a Process Engineer & Digital Application Engineer, you will serve as a technical field expert , supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of SMS Electric & Automation and Digital products, from post-project commissioning through long-term optimization and upgrades.
You will work at the intersection of process models, automation systems, digital applications, and AI/ML-driven analytics , contributing directly to improved performance, availability, and sustainability of customer operations.
